Open lesson "Victory Day", timed to coincide with the 76 th anniversary of the Great Victory

On May 9 th every Russian family remembers those who defended our Motherland, both on the frontlines and in the rear, about the heroes who gave us life.

According to the tradition spanning many years, within the framework of solemn events, St Petersburg University is celebrating Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War together with the whole country. Keeping this tradition, the Center of Additional Educational Programs of SPbU has held the open lesson "Victory Day" in the online format.

The open lesson was attended by the senior teachers of the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language and Its Teaching Methods, L.N. Panko and N.M. Saar, as well as the foreign students and trainees of additional educational programs in the field of "Russian as a Foreign Language".

During the lesson, poems and songs of the war years were performed by foreign students and trainees.
