Course Outline

The program aims testers’ advanced professional training in the field of certification testing in Russian as a foreign language.

The program includes lectures, seminars, and practical studies. During the training process trainees deepen their knowledge in the testing system of Russian as a foreign language and improve their skills to perform objective test control in the testing system of TORFL.

In class the attention is focused on the development of testing skills according to the TORFL-II, TORFL-III, and TORFL-IV candidates’ levels, as well as teaching to prepare students for the development of testing skills.

Learning Outcome

- the ability to organize the testing process;
- the ability to perform objective test control upon the given parameters (TORFL-II, TORFL-III, and TORFL-IV Levels);
- the ability to conduct the Russian test as a part of a comprehensive examination.

Those trainees who successfully complete the training and pass certification collect the Saint Petersburg State University Advanced Professional Training Certificate.
